动词辨析

一、由…制成

be made from 由...制成（看不出原材料）

be made of 由...制成（看得出原材料）

【 Example 】

• This kind of wine is made from grapes.

• The T-shirt is made of cloth.

二、四朵金“花”

sb. spend money/ time (in) doing sth. sb. spend money/ time on sth.

sth. cost sb. some money sb. pay ... for sth.

It takes sb. some time to do sth.

【 Example 】

• It took me 3 months to finish this work.

• He paid 20 dollars for this book.

• This beautiful dress cost her 300 yuan.

• My mother spent much money in buying flowers.

三、火速“到达”

reach + sp. reach直接加地点

arrive in + 大地方 in大于等于town的地方

arrive at + 小地方 at小于town的地方

get to + sp. get加to表到达

【 Example 】

• We’ll reach Paris tomorrow morning.

• What time dose it arrive in San Francisco?

• We have to get over that hill to get to their house.

四、带来带去

take: 带走，由近及远

bring : 带来，由远及近

carry : “携带”，无方向性

【 Example 】

• Could you help me bring my coffee here?

• Please take the gift to your mother.

• Can I carry this bag with me?

五、与“turn”有关

turn off 关掉 turn on 打开

turn up 调大 turn down 调小

【 Example 】

• The baby is sleeping. Could you turn down the voice of the radio?

• This room is too dark. I’ll turn on the light.

• It’s time to watch CCTV News. Please turn on the TV.

六、参加

take part in 参加活动

join 加入组织

【 Example 】

• Would you like to take part in my birthday party?

• I want to join the Communist Party.

七、“lie”这件事儿

lie [laɪ] 说谎 lied-lied-lying

• lay-lain-lying

lay [leɪ] 放置；产卵 laid-laid-laying

【 Example 】

• You lied to me yesterday.

• The duck lays an egg every day.

八、“听”见你的声音

hear 听见（强调结果）

listen to 听见（强调过程）

【 Example 】

规则的说谎，

不规则的躺，

躺过就下蛋，

下蛋是累的！

• Can you hear the voice of the TV set?

• I want to listen to the music.
